Work is devoted to psychological aspects of pregnancy and childbirth in women with diseases of the cardiovascular system. The object of this study is to obstetric complications in pregnant women with cardiovascular disease. Subject of research: the emotional and personal profile of pregnant women, neurohumoral parameters, the course of labor in pregnant women with CVD, the effectiveness of the program "Family labor. Aim is to decrease the frequency of obstetric complications in women who suffer from diseases of the cardiovascular system by developing and implementing science-based system of psycho marriage preparation program "Family labor. Scientific novelty of the study is the first time through the integration of mental and emotional screening of pregnant women with CVD found that these women, noting less satisfaction with the quality of life compared to somatotically healthy pregnant women, probably less than the past, consider their health as priority value, and frustration associated with the situation nestat cominformation in everyday life, testified by the presence of cognitive stress subsyndromu dezintehratyvnym comprehension of the situation. The practical significance of the research is to develop and implement training couples prenatal and birth partners for women with pathology of the cardiovascular system and the results of these measures on the formation of the psychological and hormonal activity in dominant familial background of GCC. Determined its clinical effectiveness of the program "Family labor" in the prevention of obstetric complications of women with this pathology.
