For successful implementation of supervisory function in the implementation of Gostekhnadzor for mobile vehicles in Ukraine to intensify the process of reforming the current system of state institutions dealing with registration, accounting and technical inspection of various types of equipment. Feasible and profitable to establish a single authority that control by separating it into a separate state committee of industry regulation and transfer all powers to the national and regional levels. At the same time to strengthen public control over activities of subjects relevant area of the consumer-goods and services.
