Essay

There are theoretical approaches to the virtual class formation are studied, the thesis subject foreign sources analysis is carried out and it is concluded that the vir-tual classes are more and more popular abroad, however scientists usage of the virtual classes is researched insufficiently. The analysis of terms "virtual", "the virtual class", "technologies of the virtual class", "individual training", "and training individualization" is carried out. Structure of ICT competence teacher is developed, criteria ICT competence framework is generalized, ICT competence teacher assessment questionnaires are de-veloped in research.
