Yakovlenko A. Rehabilitation of patients with ischemic heart disease and erectile disfunction

The object of the research is clinical-pathogenetic intercommunications between ischemic heart disease (IHD) and erectile disfunction (ED); the purpose is to set clinical-pathogenetic intercommunications between IHD and ED, to improve the quality of rehabilitation of patients with the united pathology; methods are clinical, questionnaire, electrophysiology, ultrasonographic, roentgenologic, biochemically, immunofermental, statistical; novelty and results are intercommunications of some signs of IHD and ED, which were set at first time, pathogenical role of the components of metabolic syndrome, violations of hormonal status, lipid metabolism and endothelial function of vessels, the level of influence of clinical, electrocardiological, ehocardiographic, coronarografic, laboratory, natural and preformed physical and drug factors on the efficiency of the resort rehabilitation, the character of the dynamic of some parameters during the sanatorial treatment, and also changes on a background of syldenafil treatment, on the basis of it the medical technology of the rehabilitation stage of treatment of IHD and ED was developed, prognostic criteria were selected; it was inculcated in clinical practice of the sanatoriums of health establishments of Ukrprofozdravnica "Ubileyniy" and "Donbass" (Slovjansk, Donetsk region), "Ozerniy" (Kremenna, Lugansk region), cardiologic department of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, educational-scientifically-clinical complex "The University clinic" of the Donetsk national medical university after M.Gorki, cardiologic department of Public institution "Institute of exigent and restorative surgery after V.K.Gusac NAMS of Ukraine" (Donetsk), and also in a education process of the Donetsk, Vinnytsya and Kharkiv national medical universities; region of use is medicine (treatment-diagnostic process of health establishments of cardiologic type, education process of therapeutic departments of medical educational establishments).
