Mohamed I. Air-conditioning function of respiratory tract in patients with ischemic heart disease

The object of the research is conditioning lung function in patients with ischemic heart disease. The goal is to assess the state of conditioning lung function in patients with ischemic heart disease, to improve the quality of early diagnostics of the disease. Methods - clinical, biophysical, physic-chemical, electrophysiological, ultrasonic, radiological, statistical. Novelty is presented as identification of the clinical-pathological significance of conditioning lung function disturbances in patients with different variants of ischemic heart disease, improvement the quality of diagnostics and development of prognostic criteria of disease course and evaluation of treatment efficiency. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Institute of urgent and restorative surgery named by V.K. Gusak of the National Academy of medical science of Ukraine (Donetsk), cardiology departments of Donetsk City Clinical Hospitals №2 and №23, and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Lugansk Medical Universities.
