Dissertation is devoted development theoretical-methodical principles and practical recommendations, directed on the improvement of mechanisms of the effective use of the landed resources of recreation territories. Conception of creation of the tourist recreation system between the regions is develop, which is providing for realization of successive measures from stage-by-stage development and increase tourist recreation potential at the limited non-permanent investments with the relatively small terms of recoupment. Structurally functional system of forming and development territorial recreation systems in the Prichornomor region and Crimea is improved, conceptual chart of perfection of granic of recreation territories.
