Essay

The author defined standard forms of positive postcriminal behavior of minors as a special kind of reason to release minors from criminal responsibility, and proved that they are understood and intended to correcting a person acceptable socially useful behavior with full recognition of his guilt, sincere repentance in the offense and eliminate the damage caused or damages if the minor has reached the age of fifteen years and has its own income, own property or funds.
