Daneliuk V. Technology of device of concrete chaffs by a missile equipment

Technologies of device of concrete coverages are a research object. Development of technology of device of chaffs is the purpose of dissertation work from a fine-grained concrete by the new metatel'nogo device for piling and compression of concrete mixtures with working organs as elastic metatel'nykh rotors. Research methods: analytical method of treatment of information, mathematical design at planning of experiment and treatment of his results, experimental researches. Scientific novelty: the ways of decline of labour intensiveness and cost of concrete chaffs are certain; set priorities of influencing of technology of device of chaffs from a fine-grained concrete by the new metatel'nogo equipment for piling and compression of concrete mixtures, on their properties; optimized operating-technological parameters of concreting of chaffs by the metatel'nogo equipment for piling and compression of concrete mixtures; technology of device of concrete floor is developed from a fine-grained concrete. Practical value: a model flow sheet is developed on the device of concrete chaffs by the metatel'nogo equipment for piling and compression of fine-grained concrete mixture; the metatel'noe equipment is developed for piling and compression of concrete mixtures, that is confirmed by the patent of Ukraine, with working organs as elastic snow-storms; the developed technological decisions of device of concrete chaffs are inculcated in an educational process.
