Karpusheva I. Publicly dangerous effect in a criminal law of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted complex research publicly of dangerous effect in a criminal law of Ukraine. The analysis of legal conduct of person, her signs and characteristic features is conducted, a concept, signs and forms, is found out publicly dangerous act, differentiating is carried out and the general lines of two forms of act - action and inactivity are selected, the concept of action is in detail considered in a criminal law, its signs and kinds are found out, the value of action is exposed for correct qualification of crimes and separation of criminal acts from circumstances which eliminate criminality of act.
