Stupnyk Y. Mechanism of drug-related crimes' counteracting: criminological base

The thesis is devoted to nowadays criminological base analysis of mechanism of drug-related crimes' counteracting in Ukraine. The concept and structure of the mechanism of drug-related crimes' counteracting are defined; the signs of its elements and components are distinguished. The essence, features and sense of anti-drug legislation in accordance with anti-drug-related crimes' counteracting transformation policy, the dynamic of it's responses to changes in the criminological conditions are analyzed. The sense of programming criminological influence over drug-related crimes is presented, its differences from related categories and legal phenomena are established.
