Hurenko D. Criminal liability for attack on life of the worker of law-enforcement authorities

The thesis deals with the complex of issues of criminal liability for attack on life of the worker of law-enforcement authorities. The place of the criminal-legal norm of protection of life of the worker of law-enforcement authorities and other subjects of law-enforcement activity in the system of criminal-legal protection of persons in connection with their performance of official and civil responsibilities is determined; tendencies of the development of criminal laws as to the protection of life of the worker of a law-enforcement agency are enlightened; foreign experience of criminal-legal protection of law-enforcement activity and degree of correspondence of the conditions of Article 348 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to the basis and principles of criminalization are investigated.
