The thesis is aimed at complex research of the issues connected with the criminological characteristics and prevention of intentional murder attempted with rape or forcible satisfaction of sexual desire in unnatural manner. Qualification of this type of crime and its differentiation from adjacent crimes are considered. Complex criminological classification of murders based on sexual motives is worked out. Complex criminological description of murder based on sexual motives is provided. Complex criminological description of the personality of murderer and typology of sexual murderers are presented. Victimological description of murders based on sexual motives is scrutinized.
