Essay

Research object: process of human resources management on the industrial enterprises; the purpose of the work: substantiation and development of the theoretical and methodical support and of the practical and scientific guidelines concerning improvement of the process of forming the technology of human resources management on the industrial enterprise; research methods and instruments: historical, monographic, method of the theoretical generalization, morphological and cluster, comparative and statistical analysis, method of fuzzy sets and representatives, method of regression analysis, graphical method; theoretical and practical results: the content of the management technology for the account of set of methods and measures use in process of implementation management functions; definition of the notion “technology of human resources management”, the difference of which consists in distinguishing correlated informational, logical and mental and also organizational operations and procedures; technology of human resources management on the industrial enterprises, the peculiarity of which lies in emphasizing and reasoning the most important functional subsystems in human resources management system, is improved; methodical regulations concerning formation of the components of human resources management technology for the account of its division by management functions – into general (analysis, planning, organization of management and control for realization of the basic functions of HR management technologies) and by functional subsystems – into partial (planning, recruitment and selection, personnel rating and training technologies), the methods of which are suggested to use according to financial and economy state of the enterprise; informational support of the technology use result determination by each functional subsystem in form of internal documents of the enterprise, the difference of which consists in taking into accont indicators, which characterize the peculiarities of subsystems forming according to general components of the management technology; methodical approach to the complex assessment of forming and implementing HR management technology on each stage, which differs by estimation the level of technology maturity upon indicators divided according to defined functional subsystems; subject and degree of introduction: developments are implemented into practical activity of «KhTP» JSC, «Electrotyazhmash», SE, «Kharkov bearing plant» JSC, «Tochmedpribor» JSC, KhNUE HNEU at teaching of discipline the «Basis of management», «Human resources management», «Personnel management» academic disciplines; sphere of the use: HR management technology of the engineering enterprises, educational process.
