Gornostay A. Criminal liability for the attempted crime.

The dissertation deals with problems of criminal responsibility for the attempted crime. The general question of the concept, characteristics and types of assassination, criteria and its differences from other stages of crime and non-criminal offenses. The article considers the basis and limits of criminal liability for committing an attempted crime, especially education, general principles and specific rules of sentencing him. Special attention is paid to the analysis of legal errors in the properties and actual signs of the committed act and its implications for qualification of the offense as attempted crime. Suggestions on improving the relevant provisions of current legislation of Ukraine and its practical application.
