Thesis is devoted to the complex research of criminal liability for violation of the rules of safety while fulfilling risky jobs (article 272 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Great attention was devoted to criminal law analysis to the structure of corpus delicti and of its elements (the object and the objective side, the subjective side and the subject), punishment for it etc. The author has also suggests new wording for article 272 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
