Object of the study is process of the taking the management decisions, directed on improvement of the trained work. Objective of study is motivation theorist-methodological basis and development scientifically-practical recommendation on improvement organizing-economic mechanism of the taking the management decisions in trained work industrial enterprise. Methods of research are analysis, syntheses and decompositions, correlations and econometrics, statistical, economic and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: scientifically-methodical bases of the diagnostics of the condition of the personnel industrial enterprise; model of the estimation of the personnel and model of the determination to efficiency to motivations of the labour of the personnel.
