The dissertation is dedicated to increasing the efficiency of recovery of physical capacity in patients in first months after acute myocardial infarction by inhibitors of angiotensin converting enzyme (enalapril or perindopril) in addition to standart treatment. Relationship between disturbances of lipid metabolism, activity of system inflammation, endothelial dysfunction, carotid arteries intima-media thickness, hemodynamic parameters by echocardiography and level of physical load by bicycle ergometry was found. It was established the positive influence of inhibitors of angiotensin converting enzyme (especially perindopril) at abovenamed indices in comparison with patients who did not receive these drugs.
