The investigation object: pathogenesis of inflammation. The investigation goal: study of regularities and peculiarities of morphological-functional changes in regional lymphatic nodes at different on a course and etiology inflammatory reactions, which reflect the process of inflammation chronization. Methods of research: pathophysiological, morphological (histological, morphometric, immunohistochemical), statistical investigative techniques were used. Theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results. The thesis belongs to fundamental researches. Obtained results about reactions of a regional lymphonodes at different on a course and etiology inflammatory reactions, in the process of inflammation chronization widens and deepens the existing knowledge about the mechanism of this process that will promote improvement of pathogenic anti-inflammatory therapy. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: For the first time special complex research of lymphonodes reactions is carried out at different on a course and etiology types of inflammation reflecting process of its chronisation. It is shown, that at an acute inflammation there is a considerable activation of lymphonodes with peak on 7 – 10 days. At a chronic inflammation activation of lymphonodes is more expressed, long-term and phase, and increases in process of inflammation chronisation. It is established, that involving of lymphonodes in a chronic inflammation is based on necessity of realisation, first of all, cellular immune reactions; thus humoral immune reactions are strengthened in comparison with norm, but they are less, than at acute inflammation. At inflammation chronisation helper activity in cellular immune reactions of lymphonodes decreases and supressor activity increases. At a chronic inflammation, as well as at an acute one, reactions of peripheral lymphnodes on an orientation are similar to those in regional lymphnodes, but they are delayed and less expressed.
