The investigation object: Functional activity of cortex of brain of rats, the chance of molecules which operate. The investigation goal: Revealing of possibility of correction by a natural preparation "Torfotum" integration dysbalance of functional activity of a brain as pathogenetic mechanism dysregulation pathologies. Methods of research: electrophysiological, cytochemical, biochemical, statistical. Theoretical and practical value of the obtained results: For the first time vas revealed, that general easing of dysregulation of functional activity of brain end reduced frequency, quantity, amplitude of ictal potentials vas in result of correction of dysregulation of activity of brain by Torfotum. In the course of formation of dysregulation of activity of brain was deposition of urinary acid end raced of content of chatelaines of blood.
