It have been developed the efficient algorithm of comprehensive diagnostics and surgical approach of victims, suffered from the great vessel disruption of the limbs against the total trauma regions. Subject: medical history of 174 suffered patients with the great vessel disruption of the limbs. To improve the early recognition it has been developed "The sheet of urgent vascular patient" that impartially classified patients by grade of severity of injury.To stop the external arterial hemorrhage at the pre-admission stage it has been worked out the method of transformation of open hemorrhage to aneurysmal [pulsative] hematoma by technique of suturing or clamping of wound's skin with applying of compressive bandage. After wards in general surgery department it could be estimated an optimum alternatives of operative [surgical] intervention and execution sequence subject to injured regions. The technique of prophylaxis of the suppurative complications by means of extra-anatomical replacement using the autovenous insertion (which was preliminary twisted of endothelium away) between the synthetic prosthesis and the artery it has been developed As a result of adoption modern methods of diagnosis and surgery of patients suffered from the great vessel disruption of the limbs it has been reached significant decrease of the complications rate in the isolated and associated trauma.The theoretical evidence and practical policies is supplemented present methods of diagnostics and surgery of victims suffered from the great vessel disruption of the limbs
