Kononov V. Clinical-pathogenetical peculiarities, treatment and medical rehabilitation of the patients with chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis, combined with obesity, at ambulatory conditions

In this thesis were summarized the results of the clinical-laboratory investiga-tion of 168 patients with chronic uncalculosis cholecystitis (CUC), combined with obesity (Ob). The basic group (86 patients) in the complex treatment at ambulatory conditions got glutargin and artihol, the group of comparison (82 patients) got the generally accepted facilities in averagetheraputic doses. During period of medical re-habilitation 45 patients with CUC, combined with Ob, got phytopreparation bonjigar. The features of clinical picture, character and expressed of biochemical and immunological violations, at the patients with CUC, combined with Ob, were ana-lyzed. Patogenetically explaned expedience of the use glutargin and artihol at the treatment and bonjigar at medical rehabilitation. More quick improvement of the common state of the patients is marked, renewal of biochemical and immunological indexes, that shows up in achievement of remission of disease proof and valuable.
