Sulyma M. The history of formation of complex sentences with a subordinate clause of time in Ukrainian

The thesis researched the history of formation of complex sentences with a subordinate clause of time in Ukrainian. The dissertation was found out the history of investigation of complex sentences, especially complex sentences with a subordinate clause of time. On the whole these sentences were formed in the primitive Slavonic language. There were found out the structural and semantical peculiarities of investigated constructions in different periods of the history of the Ukrainian language. It was found out specificity of functionig of conjunctions, correlative words, particles, aspectual-temporal correlation of verbal predicate, order of main and subordinate clauses. It researched the cause of appearance of new grammatical means of temporal relations between main and subordinate clauses in the complex sentences with a subordinate clause of time.
