Soloviy L. Peculiarities of forming the special types of housing for homeless.

Dissertation is devoted to studying the experience of designing the homes for homeless and also discovering the main, social, psychological, economic and city - building factors which influence forming the types of such housing. The aim of this researching work is based on the elaboration of types of homeless housing in the context of increasing its social and economic efficacy. Housing classification in the range from housing unit to the principals of their situation in the structure of housing fund is specified in the given work. The recommendations about improving of functioning norms for designing houses for homeless, elaboration of new types for such houses and their economic evaluation.
