The Thesis is devoted to the problem of forming of architecture principle of accommodation of Lutsk of XVII - beginning of ХХІ of century actual in the conditions of modern Ukraine. On the basis of analysis of the documentary, cartographic and iconography archived materials and also model inspection of the stored building multilevel typology classification of housing objects is created, they are educed town-planning, by volume of-plan, composition, stylistic descriptions what formed under act of complex of various factors, оutlines principles of architecture Lutsk housing that are relevant in the modern design and construction.
