Оbject – different genres texts of the Ukrainian official-business style documents and the business language dictionaries during the period of the 20th – 30th of the 20th century;purpose – to identify regularities concerning the standards formation in the Ukrainian official-business style during the 20th – 30th of the 20th century, to determine their intralingvistic and extralingvistic bases; methods – historiographical, descriptive, comparable, component analysis; novelty – first integral analysis of lexical, phraseological and grammatical norms of the Ukrainian official and business style with wide attraction of the known sources, documents of UNR has been carried out and the texts of the official documents of the 20th –30th of the 20th century have been introduced into the scientific circulation; results – sociolinguistic analysis of the official-business style is carried out on the background of the sociocultural measuring in the 20th – 30th of the 20th century; the purpose and the role of the business language dictionaries in the formation of the norms has been are defined; features of forming and functioning of this style lexical-phraseological composition on the example of lexical and phraseological semantic groups has been found; formation of grammatical norms in the official-business style is described; sphere – stylistics, lexicology, lexicography, Ukrainian literary language.
