The aim of this investigation was the increase of the effectiveness and the decrease of the frequency of complications following the treatment of hyper plastic endometrial abnormalities due to optimization of approaches and management of organ preserving intrauterine cryosurgery. It is distinguished that benign hyper plastic endometrial abnormalities in women of perimenopause period are clinicopathological cases of complicated gynecological clinical history, which is often accompanied by extra genital pathology. Diseases occur against the background of systemic disorders in the patients' organism, which are revealed by pathologic changes of hormonal homeostasis (increase of production of follicle-stimulating hormones, absolute and relative hyperestregonia), disorders in the system of hemostasis and high infectious loading, disorders of subendometrial blood flow etc.It is proved that revealed changes in patients of perimenopause period indicate the necessity to include them to mild risk group of thromboembolia complications incidence, which should be taken into account while choosing the methods of treatment and prevention of complication therapy. Organ preserving intrauterine cryosurgery, anti-inflammatory therapy, non-specific (elastic compression) and specific (fenotonics, thrombolitics) prevention made it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment of benign pathological processes of endometrium up to 94,0% and avoid thromboembolia complications in 100,0% of patients.
