Zubenko V. The organizational-economic mechanism of formation of innovative culture of the enterprise

Object of the study is processes of the shaping and developments innovation cultures of the enterprise. Objective of study is development of the theoretical positions, motivation scientifically-methodical approach and practical recommendation on development organizing-economic mechanism of the shaping innovation cultures of the enterprise. Methods of research are inductions, systematizations and generalizations, sociological studies, statistical and benchmark analysis, system approach, decompositions and modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the motivation innovation cultures as type organizing with orientation on interests all stakeholders; system of the factors for estimation of the realization of the priority directions of the process of the shaping innovation cultures of the enterprise. Novelty is development of the theoretical positions and scientifically-methodical approach, defining main trends of the development organizing-economic mechanism of the shaping innovation cultures of the enterprise. Degree of the introduction by LJSC "Novokramatorskii machine-building plant", OJSC "Donetsk experimental repair-mechanical plant", SLL " SPC "Mountain machines". Sphere of use is industrial enterprises.
