Dissertation is devoted a klinniko-nosotropic ground and development of unmedicinal methods of restoration treatment with the use of post-isometric relaxation of muscles, mobilization of neck department of spine, counterextesions, kriomasazha and autogenic training directed on the increase of therapeutic efficiency of patients head pain of tension on a background a neck osteochondrosis. Job performances are based on an inspection and treatment 150 patients in age from 22 to 53 years with head pain tensions which had insignificant or moderate roentgenologic changes of osteochondrosis of neck department of spine and primary displays of reflex syndrome, with the use of single complex of tests, including an obscheklinicheskoe, neurological, orthopaedic, manual'noe inspection, are roentgenologic, dopplerosonograficheskie researches, special questionnaires special questionnaires of psychological status and methods of the statistical processing of data.
