Essay

Dissertation is devoted the essence of which is to improve the effectiveness of treatment outhospital pneumonia with concomitant chronic heart failure by study and application of ultrasound and dipyridamole inhalation on the background of standard medical therapy. Studied hemodynamic characteristics of the different methods of ultrasound therapy and dipyridamole in different ways its input. Proved efficiency inpatient treatment using the method developed by the combined action of ultrasound on paravertebral area of the thoracic spine and dipyridamole inhalation on the background of standard medical therapy due to regres clinical manifestations of bronchopulmonary diseases and cardiac decompensation, radiological signs of air-moving fire, disorders of respiratory function, increased blood pressure, pathological manifestations of pulmonary, central and intracardiac hemodynamics, decreasing of tolerability physical activity and optimize drug therapy.
