Mashukov A. The effectiveness of hospital stage of patients with colon cancer rehabilitation

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of quality of life (psychological and physical status) of patients with colon cancer through the development and introduction into clinical practice new perioperative rehabilitation program with physical factors held against special treatment. Based on examination of 89 patients with colon cancer under the age of 27 to 85 years key indicators of quality of life of patients were examined. Established that developed a comprehensive program of rehabilitation has a positive effect on quality of life of patients with colon cancer, improving the overall quality of life - in 6.6 times, the welfare system - in 6.4 times (p <0.05). It is proved that the use of mineral water reduces the severity of dyspeptic disorders in patients with colon cancer at 45.0% and provides a statistically significant positive impact on quality of life, resulting in improved well-being defecational (at 11.3 times) and gastroenterological welfare (2, 8 times) in patients with colon cancer (p = 0.042). Found that the use of fast track program in the early postoperative period was 1.9 times reduces the immobilizational postoperative complications in patients with colon cancer (p = 0.03).
