The dissertation is devoted determination of features of the clinical state of patients, central and peripheral hemodynamic, systole and diastole function of level ventricle, functional state of the vegetative nervous system, indexes of lipid exchange, biochemical and morphological indexes of blood at separate and joint application of normobaric hypoxytherapy and «dry» carbon dioxide baths in restoration treatment of patients ischemic heart disease with arterial hypertension. The include in complex of the treatment combined normobaric hypoxytherapy and «dry» carbonate baths positively influences upon state of health patients, promotes the reduction the systolic and diastalic pressure, reduces the minute volume blood flow, raises the torerance to physical load, reduces the frequency of the heart contractions, reduces the peripheral resistance vessels, the regulation of vegetative nervous system normalizes by the heart rhythm to account of the reduction of the tone sympathetic and the increasing of the tone parasympathetic sections. Here exists the improvement of lipid metabolism.
