Essay

1. Object of research: the management consulting activities in the field of agriculture. 2. Aim: systematizing, deepening the theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical recommendations on management consulting activities in the field of agriculture. 3. Methods: dialectical, historical and economic methods and techniques of abstract and logical method (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison) methods of comparative, situational and systemic analysis, the method of comparison, the method of grouping, graphical method of correlation-regression analysis ; methods in economic dynamics, an expert survey. 4. Theoretical and practical results: the essence of consulting activities in the field of agriculture; reasonably objective necessity of integrating consulting into a single mechanism of agro-industrial complex at all hierarchical levels; identified socio-economic factors and the necessity of consulting activities in the agroindustrial complex of Ukraine at the present stage economic transformation, developed a dynamic mathematical model of optimization of resource allocation to socially oriented advisory services based on a study of the dynamics of such services and forecasting their development. 5. Scientific novelty: the first conceptual approach to the integration of consulting activities in the economic system of agriculture, including the innovative, entrepreneurial, institutional development consulting as a necessary element of administrative infrastructure, which aims to improve management of agricultural production under conditions of economic transformation and the first time developed a dynamic optimization model of distribution budget funds for consulting services that allow complex, in terms of interrelated phases of planning, optimize the feasibility of design solutions aimed at providing social advisory services to agricultural producers and the public. 6. Degree of implementation: key findings used in the activity Regional Agricultural "Vinnytsia council farmers" and the Department of Agriculture Development Vinnytsia Regional State Administration. 7. Field (field) use: activities of agricultural enterprises, public administrations and the educational process of higher education.
