Mozolevich G. The increase of the transportation process efficiency by the way of the rational trainflow parameters determine

The thesis is dedicated to the problem of the improvement of the train flows run on the railway directions by means of the train parameters optimization. For the first time the functional connection between the oncoming train flows was obtained. This connection describes the influence of the train locomotives turnover, and its mathematical characteristics were described. There was found out that the part of the technological operation is the share of the quantity of the trains that are being processed. Another part is the share of their length. The ignorance of this fact leads to the errors when optimizating the train parameters. The simulating model of the train direction was improved. The scientific results, obtained in this thesis, as well as the developed models and methods might be used for the determination of the rational parameters of the train mass and length on the main directions of the railway transportation. The developed software allows simulating the run of the train flows and estimating the value of the main indexes of the railway direction operation, including the indexes of the locomotive fleet, under the conditions of the volume, parameters and structure change.
