Essay

As a result of the conducted study found out the characteristic types of the vegetative adjusting, changes of the mental-emotion status and immune homoeostasis of patients, that allowed to set commons links and disagreements in the etio-pathogenetical mechanisms of development of fibromyalgia (FM) and myo-fascial pain syndrome (MFPS). Differences in the nosotropic mechanisms of FM and MFPS required setting of different types of padon-spa-therapy and electric-impuls therapy: by a patient with FM appointed pearls baths and electro-sleeping, as facilities of the calming influencing with predominance of central action, to the patients with MFPS is under water shower-massage, as method of intensive, mainly local action and electro-analgesia. On the basis of dynamics of clinical-laboratory and path-pschological dates it is well-proven that application of the offered complexes was instrumental in diminishing of integral index to pain, positive changes of the mental-emotion status, normalization of vegetative balance, decline of stress tension, renewal of the personal and social activity of patients.
