Object - land cadastral system in Ukraine; goal - improvement of information and spatial - topological model of objects in land cadastral system to enhance their development and widespread use, including public reporting of inventory information in the Internet; research methods - monographic, descriptive, abstract logical correlation and regression analysis; novelty - grounded object model of land cadastral systems, which have spatial properties; for the first time developed a mathematical apparatus of the topological and coordinate the correction of the polygons boundaries with a common geometry; grounded the storage structure of spatial information based on an abstract class "geometry objects" which corresponds to international standards for presentation of spatial objects; improved structure and composition information data models of land-cadastral system based on existing laws, practices of the national land register, the experience of foreign countries; first proposed metrics for assessing the quality of digital description of a object geometry; results - proposed methods of spatial information formation and adjust the boundaries of land use, promote the correct topological relationships and improve the accuracy of the coordinates and area of land; developed a method of processing of scanned documents of title, which was tested in the management of the State Committee in Donetsk, Donetsk region; the model, criteria for quality assessment, theoretical and methodological approaches that obtained in the thesis, can be used by land management agencies and municipal government agencies; industry - land management, cadastre.
