Revskyi I. Methodical bases of regeneration and reconstruction of areas of classicism (on the example of the cities of Central and Southern Ukraine)

3 The thesis is devoted to the problem of informed of regeneration and reconstruction of the classic areas taking into account their historical and architectural value. In the dissertation on the basis of the analysis diversity areas of era of classicism are consistent classification system types. A method is proposed for determination of the historical-architectural value of the classic areas as an object of cultural heritage, which the basics on the safety characteristics of the area for these types. A certain value areas are presented in the form of grades, which charge-camping on the proposed scale, and are reduced in the tabular form. For the scientifically-grounded for regeneration and reconstruction of the classic areas taking into account the proposed methodological principles (principle urgency, the correspondence principle, the principle of adaptability) suggested using in the developed algorithm of formation of such methods regeneration and reconstruction, which would be appropriate in a grades historical and architectural value of a particular classic square. Based on the methodological principles and with the use of offered methods and algorithms, developed a project proposal for regeneration and reconstruction of October (Cathedral) square in Dnipropetrovs'k.
