In dissertation theoretical and methodical positions are explored and applied bases of realization of financial control of economic activity in the system of state administration, essence is definite and role of financial control in the system of state administration, kinds are explored, principles of his realization, forms are exposed and methods of realization of function of state financial control in the state administration. Carried out estimation of the normative-legal providing of activity of organs of financial control, influencing is definite of machineries of realization of function of control of state administration on efficiency of measures of financial control in Ukraine, experience is reflected of realization of organizational and legal machineries of state financial control in the foreign countries and feature of their adaptation in Ukraine.
