In dissertational work the actual scientific task which consists in development and research of new effective methods and approaches to hardware maintenance of television scanning optical microscopy of dynamic microobjects on the basis of use of a principle of microobject scanning by a light beam is solved. Mathematical models of line single-cycle, line two-cycle and frame methods of scanning, suitable for definition of dynamic microobjects movement parameters are developed. Relative errors of definition of microobject velocity by these methods are analysed and their as much as possible allowable values are fixed. Methods and algorithms of dynamic microobjects parameters definition are developed at use of scanning rasters of the different sizes (full formatted, reduced, miniraster and microraster), that allows to expand a range of microobjects movement parameters definition at preservation of the set accuracy of measurement.
