Dissertation covers the topical problems of the development of dialogic speech in the process of sociocultural substantive line's realization in the 6-7 forms. The meanings of the project's key words (dialogue, dialogic speech, communicative and sociocultural competence, etc.) were concretized on the basis of the other research projects' analysis. The theoretical theses of scientific research were defined and the teaching approaches (such as cognitive, communicative, function-stylistic, anthropocentric) were identified. The content, principles and methods of the scientific research were defined in consideration of linguistics knowledge integration, development of speech and sociocultural component.
