Psychophysiological and psycholinguistic factors of perceiving Russian as foreign language are described, traditional and innovative approaches to the teaching of speciality language are analyzed and comprehended. Particularly, the corps of lectures is described from the positions of the functional and semantic (methathematic) approach, formal grammar units are singled out that lets optimize the learning process as for the making thematic catalogue and set of exercises that help students in the conditions of foreign speaking society form the algorithm of compressing oral information due to differentiating "first rate predicates" and unnecessary information.
