Essay

The thesis is devoted to the analysis of legal nature of organizational and management relations in the sphere of labour, their place in the subject of labour law, peculiarities of legal status of their entities. The arguments 'pro' unity of legal relations and labour law nature of its elements are: a) the essence of individual labour legal relations doesn't comprise all existing relations concerning work as a labour function; b) conclusion of a labour contract is a ground both for individual and collective legal relations to arise; c) individual and collective labour relations are regulated with the norms of labour law.
