Essay

In simple structural models explored general regularities of the electron patterns formation for-amorphous materials. The influence of various approximations used in the method of radial distribution functions are analyzed on the reliability and accuracy of quantitative short order structure parameters. The recommendations for improving the method of electron diffraction in the study of structure of amorphous materials are made. Revealed in this work regularities may also be the basis of the experimental determination of short-range order parameters of amorphous materials from the electron scattering intensity without the use of the Fourier transform.
