Essay

Thesis is devoted to the study of state nervously-muscular apparatus at patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) on account of coronary artery disease. The features of nervously-muscular apparatus at patients with CHF were defined. The degree of nervously-muscular apparatus affection was determined and diagnostic criteria of nervously-muscular apparatus affection were developed by means of elektroneuromyography research. The value of nervously-muscular apparatus affection and peripheral blood circulation were determined as grow progressively CHF pathogenetic mechanisms for individual estimation severity course CHF of ischemic genesis. The predictive value of clinical and functional factors (factors of nervously-muscular apparatus functioning and state of peripheral blood circulation) was proved in regard to the combined endpoint of the study (death and hospitalization due to CHF). The ability of statin therapy to improve the prognostic significance factors of nervously-muscular apparatus functioning (maximum amplitude M-response and velocity of impulse conduction on lower limbs) was shown
