Shevtsov V. Public administration in the sphere of medical care under the conditions of health care system reformation

Object of research: public administration development of the system of health care. Purpose: theoretical ground of ways of perfection of mechanisms of public administration the system of health care, development of practical recommendations on the increase of economic efficiency of development of medical aid with providing of social guarantees and social justice in the terms of transformations. Methods: approach of the systems; analysis and synthesis; historical and logical; statistical; sociological questioning; designs and generalizations. Results: a modern model of public administration medical aid and medical insurance is grounded. Novelty: the complex mechanism of public administration the system of health care with introduction of medical insurance in Ukraine is developed; the author model of financing of the system of health care and complex of measures on introduction of medical insurance is offered; expedience of construction of the domestic public administration standardization of medical aid and medical insurance system is proved. It is inculcated in activity of authorities of the Kharkiv region, establishments of researches and medioprophylactic facilities. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants and public servants of local self-government.
