Konovalova I. Mechanism of state management of regional social programmes in Ukraine

Object of research: process of public administration the regional social programs. Purpose: development of scientifically-methodical approaches and practical recommendations on perfection of mechanism of public administration the regional social programs. Methods: historical and logical; abstractly-logical; analysis of the systems and comparative; typologyzation. Results: the typical structure of the regional having a special purpose program is offered, the model of rating estimation of the regional social programs is developed. Novelty: essence of the regional social programs is exposed, their typology on the aggregate of signs of classifications is improved, a concept "Complex mechanism of state administration the social programs at regional level" is certain. It is inculcated in activity of central and territorial authorities. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants and public servants of local self-government.
