Gladun I. The technology of foundation in close proximity to buildings in restrained urban con-ditions

The dissertation is that technological solutions and organizational and technological models of foundations for construction of new buildings in close proximity to existing buildings in restrained urban conditions are arranged into groups of solutions (methods) allowing to choose rational technological solutions from variety of possible variants de-pending on degree (category) of complexity of constructional and technologic characteris-tics and conditions of performance of works when providing the safety and technical-and-economic efficiency of performance of works, exclude damage of nearby existing houses and buildings, and also keep safe and comfortable conditions of habitation of people and functioning of urban infrastructure. The obtained results are brought to level of practical application - an engineering technique of a choice of rational technology of foundation for construction of new build-ings in close proximity to existing buildings in restrained urban conditions. Results of scientific theses and conclusions are theoretically substantiated, confirmed by analytical calculations and implemented in designing and performance of works of new construction in restrained urban conditions of Kyiv.
