Pirogov D. Perfection of technology of crushing of wastes of carboloies by an explosion.

Dissertation is devoted to perfection of technology of crushing of hard-alloy wastes by the method of explosion. Well-proven possibility of increase of efficiency of crushing of hard-alloy wastes by the method of compatible action of explosion, mechanical blow by a piston-shock-worker and by pressure of products of detonation at the explosion of one charge of explosive. Well-proven possibility of receipt of the regenerated hard-alloy powder of necessary standard on grain-size and chemical distribution, suitable for baking of hard-alloy wares, for one technological redistribution by the compatible sequential process of destruction an explosion and blow. The analog and mathematical model of the explosion and blow crushing of carboloies and method of calculation on durability of explosive chambers of cylinder and spherical types is developed. It is developed multicamerate module explosion and blow containers and a few his modifications which extend the area of his use and promotes efficiency of SBVUD of hard-alloy wastes.
