Essay

The reasons that block up the mechanisms of medical personnel rights' public regulation forward development are analyzed in this thesis. Those reasons are the following: legislative imperfection of medical activity's regulation; absence of medical blunders and defects' legal qualification, that can influence on quality of medical service; low salary level of medical personnel, especially those working in the state medical and preventive establishments; increasing of corruption level in the state in general and in health care of Ukraine in particular; disparity of legal and pharmacological interpretation of the terms "drugs" and "psychotropic substances".
