The Thesis is a complex study of issues concerninh topical problems of the regime of enforcing and servicing a sentence involving imprisonment. Historical analysis of the development of criminal-executive law-enforcement and criminal-executive system of Ukraine is performed, regime of special conditions in colonies, ground of applying means physical influence, special means and arms are scrutinized. International standards of enforcing and servicing a sentence involving imprisonment are studied. Scientific and law-enforcement perfection of the regime of enforcing and servicing a sentence involving imprisonment are grounded; changes to the present-day law of Ukraine are formulated.
