Tatsii M. Criminological analysis and prevention of aggressive mercenary and violent criminality

The thesis is devoted to analysis the phenomenon of mercenary and violent criminality in Ukraine in the current conditions and development of measures to prevention it. The general characteristics of the criminal aggression in the context of current priorities for combating and preventing crimes are accomplished. The complex analysis of psychological mechanisms of criminal aggression, including the position of victims of criminal trespass is carried out. Theoretical possibility and practical expediency of prediction of individual criminal behavior in order to take enforcement measures or correction are substantiated.
